Williams' parents divorced when she was a young girl. Her family was later brought up in Tribeca Manhattan by her mother after being raised by her father. She was raised in Queens by her father, a firefighter. Her education was at Chinatown New York junior high, Chelsea high and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams who is a Manicurist for over 16 years has experience.
